A Rensselaer County man has admitted to selling more than five grams of meth in Albany back in 2022.
Justin Zimmer from Wynantskill pleaded guilty to that drug charge on Tuesday, according to the U.S. District Attorney’s Office.
Zimmer faces up to 40 years in prison when he is sentenced.
