Please join us in saluting Army Signal Corp Sergeant Robert Fletcher of Troy and Latham.

He served in the 1940s and maintained communication records.

He received a Bronze Star and a Certificate of Merit.

In addition to his Army work, he had a long career with New York Telephone.

He passed away in 2008.
