Major redevelopment project underway at The Warehouse at Huck Finn

In Albany, hundreds of renters are one step closer to moving into new property in the city’s Warehouse District.

Developers of the $65 million housing project announced new tenants who are planning to set up shop in the mixed use space where The Warehouse at Huck Finn is located. It will be called Slip 12.

Developers are celebrating, making headway in what they say will be a unique new style of living in the Capital Region.

When completed, the project will offer 260 new apartments, as well as 48,000 square feet of additional commercial space.
