Federal prosecutors are asking for prison time for NXIVM’s second-in-command, Nancy Salzman.
NewsChannel 13 got our first look at the sentencing guidelines on Thursday.
Prosecutors want her to serve at least three years behind bars.
The documents say Salzman participated in unlawful surveillance, and investigation of critics and enemies of leader Keith Raniere.
Salzman pleaded guilty to racketeering conspiracy in 2019.
Her sentencing is scheduled for September 8.
