State police have reopened the off-ramp for Exit 3A and 3B on 787 in Albany, after a terrifying crash.
A waste truck crashed Friday morning, and was teetering over a guide rail.
The crash was a big headache for morning commuters.
Just a few more inches, and the truck would have been over the edge and into traffic.
It took a crane and many firefighters six hours to help clean everything up.
Luckily, the driver made it out safely with no serious injuries.
State police say alcohol was not a factor in this crash, but they are still working to figure out the exact cause.
