The state’s Stretch Limousine Passenger Safety Task Force was holding its second meeting on Tuesday afternoon.
The committee was formed after the deadly 2018 crash in Schoharie that killed 20 people.
The task force was created to conduct a comprehensive review of the "safety, efficiency, and reliability," of stretch limos.
Some changes have already taken place, like new seatbelt regulations, comprehensive Department of Transportation inspection guidelines and new penalties for companies that tamper with inspection stickers.
