If you’ve lived around here for any length of time, you’ve heard the phrase, "My dad, Terry Morris is #1."

The catchphrase from commercials has evolved to say, "My grandpa, Terry Morris, is still #1."

It’s the recognizable message associated with Morris Ford, which is celebrating 50 years in business.

Started in 1972 by Terry Morris, Terry’s son, Charlie Morris, now runs the business in Burnt Hills with his sister, Terri Jo Kislowski. They have deep roots.

Throughout the years, the company has expanded to offer service and parts, as well as collision and repair. The Morris Ford Family has also grown.

Both Charlie and Terri Jo, who was the first little girl in the commercials, have fond memories of being part of the family business for the last 50 years.

You can visit Morris Ford in Burnt Hills or online at morrisford.com.
