ALBANY – An historic building in Albany’s Arbor Hill neighborhood has special significance this Black History Month.
The red brick building on Livingston Avenue was the Capital Region’s headquarters of the Underground Railroad in the 19th Century.
Named for the couple who helped so many find freedom, the Stephen and Harriet Myers residence has been transformed into an educational center.
