Zoom meetings planned in Bennington to discuss contaminated water suit settlements

A series of Zoom sessions is planned for people in Bennington County to help them file claims in a class action lawsuit over PFOA contamination in their drinking water.

A proposed $34.11 million settlement in the suit against Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics was announced last November. A final approval hearing is set for April.

Beginning on January 18, people can file their claims online.

The first Zoom session is set for that date.
