As NewsChannel 13 first reported in December, the Belmont Stakes was moved to Saratoga Race Course this year, due to a major renovation project at Belmont Park.
The 156th Belmont Stakes is set for Saturday, June 8, with the racing festival going from Thursday, June 6 through Sunday, June 9.
