The Ballston Spa community came together to honor the life of late athletic director Dave Sunkes. A tribute ceremony was held prior to the varsity baseball game against Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Wednesday. Sunkes, who served as an administrator and athletic director for the Ballston Spa Central School District for more than two decades, died suddenly in September at the age of 45.
