Runway of Hope long drive contest raises money for local veterans

The Runway of Hope long drive contest at the Fulton County Airport raised more than $10,000 for the PGA Hope Winter program at Fox Run Golf Course. It gives local veterans the opportunity for free golf instruction from our area’s PGA professionals. The contest featured more than 70 participants driving golf balls down the airport runway. There was also a craft fair and live music from Big Sky Country at Fox Run.
