Siena to name McNamara new head men’s basketball coach

Gerry McNamara will be the new head coach of the Siena men’s basketball team, according to NewsChannel 13’s Rodger Wyland.
There will be a press conference at some point before the week is out.
The 15-year assistant coach at Syracuse University takes over for Carmen Maciariello, who was fired last week after a dismal 4-28 season for the Saints.
