$100,000 winning Powerball ticket sold in Ballston Lake

The New York Lottery announced on Sunday that one, third-prize winning Powerball Powerplay ticket was sold for the February 22 Powerball drawing.

They say the $100,000 winning ticket was sold at the Hannaford at 43 Round Lake Road in Ballston Lake.

Winning numbers for the Powerball are drawn from a field of 1 to 69. The Power Ball is drawn from a separate field of 1 to 26. When the ticket is purchased, the Power Play option provides players with a chance to multiply non-jackpot prizes up to 10 times.
