Albany man, 71, accused of inappropriately touching teen at store

A 71-year-old Albany man is accused inappropriately touching a teen at a store.
Salah Osman, 71, of Albany allegedly touched a 13-year-old boy at The Store on Main Street in the village of Castleton, according to Schodack Police.
It happened last October, when Osman worked at the store, police said.
Schodack Police obtained a warrant, and had been informed that Osman had left the country.
Police learned in late March that he returned to the country.
Osman was charged with forcible touching, sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned in Schodack Town Court and sent to Rensselaer County Jail in lieu of bail of $10,000 cash, $10,000 bond or $50,000 partially secured bond.
