Albany man accused of stealing wallet, using credit card
An Albany man is accused of using a stolen credit card.
The wallet was left unattended at a Troy business. Lucas M. Fernandez, 35, allegedly took the wallet on June 14, State Police said. Fernandez is then accused of using the victim’s credit card several times.
He was found during a Schenectady traffic stop.
Fernandez is charged with five counts of identity theft, grand larceny and petit larceny.
He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Brunswick Town Court on July 31.
