An Albany man is accused of using a credit card without permission to make purchases.

Juan N. Fuente Ramirez, 30, allegedly bought merchandise from a Clifton Park business. He did not have authorization to use the card, which resulted in a theft of more than $2,000, State Police said.

Fuente Ramirez was charged with two counts of grand larceny and identity theft. He was released on an appearance ticket and due in Glens Falls City Court on Aug. 6.
