Albany man arraigned in July shooting
An Albany man was arraigned Friday morning in connection with a domestic-related shooting last month.
Maurice Steward has been charged with attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon in the July 9 incident at a home on Second Avenue.
Steward was involved in a fight. He left and returned a short time later with a gun and shot a 19-year-old man in the foot, investigators said. Stewart was arrested on the 400 block of Myrtle Avenue.
