Albany man faces gun, robbery charges
An 18-year-old man is facing robbery and gun charges in Albany.
An 18-year-old Albany man is facing weapon and robbery charges.
Eric Chapman was arrested around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in the area of Clinton Avenue and Quail Street for allegedly having a loaded handgun. In addition, Chapman has been charged in connection with a robbery on May 31 in the 100 block of Central Avenue, Albany Police said.
Chapman was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a weapon and one count of robbery. He was scheduled to be arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court on Thursday.
