An Albany man was sentenced on Thursday to 14 years in prison for having a gun at an illegal marijuana shop.
An Albany man was sentenced on Thursday to 14 years in prison for having a gun at an illegal marijuana shop.
Shamar Robinson, 32, was convicted in January of criminal possession of a weapon. Police found the gun on March 6, 2024 at an apartment that was serving as a marijuana shop, according to the Albany County District Attorney’s Office.
He also faces 5 years of post-release supervision.
