The city of Albany plans to drop a popular social media app for now, that’s aimed at addressing traffic problems across the Capital Region, but it could come back soon.

The city will stop using SeeClickFix, the popular website and app that allows people to file written complaints about road conditions.

There will be a special meeting next Monday to reinstate the website.

The city council will hold a vote to amend city code, and allow them to reinstate the website.
