All Glens Falls High seniors get accepted to SUNY Adirondack
SUNY Adirondack is following in the footsteps of some other colleges locally and deciding to admit every senior in Glens Falls High School’s Class of 2025.
Every senior will open their first college acceptance letter at a ceremony at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday. It will feature music from the high school jazz band, appearances by the Eddie Rondack and Black Bear mascots and remarks by SUNY Adirondack President Kristine Duffy and Glens Falls Superintendent of Schools Krislynn Dengler.
The district said in a statement that instant admission eliminates barriers that students face in furthering their education.
