A 70-year-old Amsterdam woman has been arrested for allegedly committing identity theft in New Jersey.

Diana Crial was picked up by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday.

Crial is being charged as a fugitive from justice. She was arraigned in Glen Town Court and sent to

Montgomery County Jail pending extradition back to New Jersey.

Investigators did not have any additional information about what the alleged crime in New Jersey was.
