The Autumn Glow Lantern Festival kicks off Thursday in Rotterdam Junction.

People can take a 45-minute walk to enjoy the beautiful hand-crafted lanterns on display. There will also be live music and seasonal treats from local vendors.

The festival runs Thursday, September 5 through Sunday Nov. 3. It is at the historic Mabee Farm from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
