Ballston Spa man charged with rape

A Ballston Spa man has been charged with rape and assault.
Anthony Collins, 42, forced someone on Lilith Fair in Milton to have sex with him on Friday, investigators said.
Collins also allegedly hurt the victim’s finger by using it to open a door.
He was arrested Saturday and sent to the Saratoga County Jail without bail.
