A Berkshire County man is accused of child sexual abuse.

Omar Soto-Rincon was arraigned on charges of indecent assault and on a person under 14, according to the Berkshire County District Attorney’s Office.

Soto-Rincon was arrested in Florida and transported back to Massachusetts by the United States Marshals Service.

Bail was set at $5,000 cash.

Soto-Rincon is due back in court on Jan. 6, 2025 for a pretrial hearing.
