Bethlehem man accused of having child porn
A Bethlehem man is accused of possessing child pornography.
State Police said Daniel B. Fiato, 43, had images consistent with child exploitation.
His arrest followed a search of his home on Feb. 21. The investigation stemmed from a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Fiato was charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child and possessing a sexual performance by a child.
He was arraigned in Bethlehem Town Court and sent without bail to Albany County Jail.
