Big menorah lit in Troy for sixth night of Chanukkah
The Collar City in Troy hosted a big menorah lighting for the sixth night of Chanukkah.
Monday marked the sixth night of Hanukkah and Troy hosted its annual menorah lighting at One Monument Square.
The menorah lighting included a message of togetherness, along with music, and a prayer.
“This is the biggest message we have, and sometimes you have to work on it, sometimes it’s not easy, but that’s what we have to do. That’s what we’re here for, to make it happen, to bring out that light,” said Rabbi Leibel Morrison, with the Troy Chabad Center.
Take a look at the giant menorah by watching the video of First Warning Meteorologist Waneik Martinez’s story.
