Students from Questar III BOCES New Visions Visual and Performing Arts Program have been selected to create ornaments for the New York state tree in Washington, D.C.

The tree is part of the America Celebrates Display on the Ellipse in President’s Park.

They were the only students in the state invited to participate, and they are responsible for designing 24 different ornaments that now hang on the New York state tree.

The Questar III BOCES superintendent said they are extremely proud of their students, and the creativity, talent, and collaboration they brought to the project.
