A Brunswick man was charged with driving while intoxicated after a crash on Saturday.

The crash happened around 5 p.m. on Bellemeade Street near the intersection of Church Street in Wynantskill, according to North Greenbush Police.

William Hynes drove into a ditch and then flipped over, police said. He had very minor injuries.

He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in North Greenbush Town Court at a later date.
