A car crashed into the former OTB building on 2nd Avenue in Troy on Tuesday morning.
A car crashed into the former OTB building on 2nd Avenue in Troy on Tuesday morning.
The driver of the car told police another car forced him off the road and that’s when he ended up driving into the building.
No one was hurt.
Troy Police are investigating.
