CDTA offers free rides to downtown Troy workers
CDTA will be offering free rides for workers of downtown Troy’s Business Improvement District.
The universal access program will provide employees of businesses within the bid with unlimited rides within the service network.

The program will help businesses grow and encourage new businesses to invest in the BID, according to Troy Mayor Carmella Mantello.
