Cobleskill pair face drug charges after traffic stop

Two people from Cobleskill are facing drug charges after a traffic stop.

State Police stopped a vehicle on Route 145 in Middleburgh on March 17 around 9:40 p.m. for a traffic violation. The driver was 35-year-old Amanda E. Vasquez, and the passenger was 30-year-old Tessa N. Taylor. They are accused of having felony-weight narcotics in the vehicle.

Both have been charged with two felony counts and one misdemeanor count of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
