Cohoes man pleads guilty to drunken driving with suspended license

A Cohoes man admits he was driving while drunk, and also had a suspended license.

James D. Trudeau, 62, pleaded guilty in Saratoga County Court to aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Authorities stopped Trudeau on Route 9 in Halfmoon on June 27 just after 2 a.m.

Trudeau is scheduled to be sentenced on Nov 7.
