Colonie man allegedly had child pornography

A Colonie man is accused of possessing child pornography.

Michael J. Kebabjian Jr., 21, had images consistent with child exploitation, state police said.

The images were found after police searched his home on Wednesday, investigators said. The investigation stemmed from a cyber tip received by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Kebabjian was charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child. He was released on an appearance ticket. He is due in Colone Town Court on April 9.
