Convicted contractor’s sentencing rescheduled

Sentencing has been delayed for a New Scotland contractor who admitted to failing to complete jobs.

John Weigel, 53, took money from two customers in Guilderland, including a doctor’s office and one in Colonie, and did not finish the work.

He was scheduled to appear in Albany County Court on Wednesday. However, it has been rescheduled.
