Deputies: Glens Falls man had fentanyl, pills
Albany County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a Glens Falls man on drug charges.
Jeremy Ross, 41, was stopped in the area of Clinton Avenue and Judson Street just after 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 22 for at traffic violation. Ross had around 3.6 grams of fentanyl and a quantity of Xanax pills, which was intended for distribution based on its weight an individual packaging, according to the Albany County Sheriff's Office.

Jeremy Ross, 41, was stopped in the area of Clinton Avenue and Judson Street just after 11 a.m. last Tuesday for a traffic violation. Ross had around 3.6 grams of fentanyl and a quantity of Xanax pills, which was intended for distribution based on its weight an individual packaging, the Albany County Sheriff’s Office said.
Ross was charged with two felony counts and one misdemeanor count of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
He plead not guilty to the charges. He was released with non-monetary conditions, and placed into pre-trial supervision with probation.
Ross’ next court date is scheduled for 11/19 at 9:30 a.m.
