Dorset man picked up on DUI warrant after disturbance

A Dorset man is facing charges after allegedly causing a disturbance at a campground.

Vermont State Police were called to Hapgood Pond Campground in Peru, late Saturday afternoon.

They found Jeff Cone, who had an active warrant for a driving under the influence charge in nearby Rutland County, they said.

Cone, 61, was arrested and taken to Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility for lack of $50 bail.
