A Selkirk man is facing weapons charges after a fight.

Bethlehem Police responded to a residence just before 11 p.m. on Saturday for a report of a fight.

Officers found Bee Htoo, 31, had a gun he was not allowed to have, they said. There was no evidence that a round had been discharged.

Htoo was charged with reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a firearm. He was arraigned in Bethlehem Town Court and sent to Albany County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $10,000 bond. He is due back in court on May 6.
