Former NewsChannel 13 anchor reporter Benita Zahn will receive the Jane Golub Crystal Heart Award at this year’s Go Red for Women luncheon.

She’s now a health coach, but was our anchor and health reporter for many, many years, making it a goal in her reporting to highlight the best ways to stay healthy.

The award, presented by the American Heart Association, honors a woman who has made a significant investment in the cardiovascular health of other women in the Capital Region.
