Gloversville garage fire under investigation

Crews in Gloversville are investigating a garage fire.

The fire started 70 Second Avenue around 10:40 Thursday evening, according to firefighters.

A man was working on a car when he realized the garage was on fire. He tried to use a fire extinguisher to put out the flames but was unsuccessful, investigators said.

No one was hurt, according to the fire chief.

Crews quickly put out the flames.

The cause is under investigation.
