Greenfield woman accused of stealing Social Security number to get loan
A Greenfield woman is accused of using another person's Social Security number to obtain a $40,000 loan. Rebecca L. Neal, 45, has been charged with attempted identity theft, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office.

Rebecca L. Neal, 45, has been charged with attempted identity theft, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
The alleged incident happened on Dec. 6, 2023 in the town of Greenfield, investigators said.
Neal was released on appearance tickets and is due in Greenfield Town Court at a later date.
