Greenwich shops, restaurants hosting scavenger hunt
Businesses in the Washington County community of Greenwich are hosting a special event this weekend to welcome shoppers.
Businesses in the Washington County community of Greenwich are hosting a special event this weekend to welcome shoppers.
It’s a scavenger hunt of local shops, eateries and self-care practitioners.
It’s being held this Saturday, June 1, and will kick off with ribbon-cutting ceremonies for two new businesses. Whistles, Bells and Bottoms, a blue jeans boutique will open at 10:30 a.m., and then Clutch Market and General Store will cut a ribbon at 11 a.m.
After the ribbon-cuttings, attendees are encouraged to explore locally-owned businesses on and around Main Street between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. to participate in the special scavenger hunt.
Shoppers can win one of two $200 gift certificates redeemable at any of the participating businesses.
