Halfmoon man arrested for violating order of protection, harassment

The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested Kyle L. Hunter Sr., 54, of Halfmoon following response to an active domestic incident in Halfmoon on Monday morning.
Officials say they responded to the call on Andrea Court at 11:26 a.m.
Hunter Sr. is accused of violating an order of protection by grabbing the protected person by their face.
He was arrested on Thursday on a warrant issued by Halfmoon Town Court. Hunter Sr. was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment.
Hunter Sr. was arraigned in Halfmoon Town Court and released to pretrial services pending further proceedings.
