Halfmoon man charged with DWI after allegedly running red light

A man is accused of drunken driving after allegedly running a red light in Halfmoon.
Investigators stopped Michael Fluty, 18, near Route 146 and Fire Road just before 3 a.m. Monday.
He had a blood alcohol level of at least 0.18%, investigators said.
Fluty also has a revoked license due to a past conviction, investigators said.
He was released and is due back in court at a later date.
