Halfmoon woman accused of kicking, scratching person

A 19-year-old woman from Halfmoon is accused of kicking and scratching a person.

Police responded to a domestic incident on Eastwood Drive in the town of Halfmoon around 11:30 a.m. on March 9. Victoria L. Bondari allegedly violated an order of protection, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said.

Bondari was charged with criminal contempt and harassment. She was arraigned in Halfmoon Town Court and released to pretrial services.
