A Halfmoon woman is facing charges after a crash Thursday morning in Niskayuna.

Niskayuna Police officers responded to a three-vehicle crash on Troy-Schenectady Road near Hickory Road at around 8:51 a.m. All three drivers were taken to Ellis Hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.

The investigation determined that Ajaniece Spooner, 30, drove the vehicle that struck the other two.

Spooner was charged with two counts of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operation of a motor vehicle without insurance, unregistered motor vehicle and  moving from lane unsafely.

Spooner is going to be turned over to the custody of the Schenectady County Sheriff’s Office pending arraignment.
