Hannaford Supermarkets is working to end homelessness in the Capital Region.
Hannaford Supermarkets is working to end homelessness in the Capital Region.
The company donated $50,000 to Interfaith Partnership for The Homeless, an organization in Albany helping people and families experiencing homelessness.
IPH is using the grant to support community connections.
The program benefits about 1,600 people each year, and its Code Blue shelters in Gloversville and Albany.
