Johnstown unveils winter parking restrictions
The city of Johnstown is reminding people about winter parking restrictions.
From Dec. 1 to April 1, midnight to 6 a.m., there will be no parking on city streets.
Free off-street parking is available at several locations, including West Main Street, City Hall, the South Market Street Lot, Senior Center and West Montgomery Street.
