Livingston man facing child pornography charges

A 36-year-old Columbia County man was arrested Monday on charges related to child pornography possession.

James Jennings, of Livingston, was charged with five felony counts of possession of obscene sexual performance by a child, according to New York State Police.

He was arrested after a tip from law enforcement.

Jennings was sent to Columbia County Jail without bail.
